Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Siterifty — including browsing listings, posting sites for sale, communicating with other users, and making transactions. By accessing Siterifty, you agree to follow this policy.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans, at our sole discretion.

You may use Siterifty to:

• Browse, buy, or sell websites, blogs, micro-SaaS products, and online businesses legitimately.
• Communicate with buyers and sellers in good faith using our messaging tools.
• List accurately described sites with honest revenue, traffic, and ownership data.
• Use our platform tools (wallet, escrow, hosting) for their intended purposes.
• Report listings or users that you believe violate this policy.

The following are strictly prohibited on Siterifty:

• Fraudulent listings — Misrepresenting revenue, traffic, ownership, or any material fact about a site for sale.
• Spam and unsolicited contact — Sending bulk or unwanted messages to other users.
• Circumventing payments — Attempting to complete transactions outside our platform to avoid escrow or fees.
• Illegal content — Listing or linking to sites that host illegal material, infringe copyright, or violate applicable law.
• Account sharing or impersonation — Using another person's account or creating fake profiles.
• Automated scraping — Using bots, crawlers, or scripts to extract data without our written consent.
• Harassment or abuse — Threatening, harassing, or discriminating against other users.
• Interfering with the platform — Attempting to hack, overload, or otherwise disrupt Siterifty's infrastructure.

All listings on Siterifty must meet the following standards:

• Accurate and verifiable revenue and traffic figures.
• Clear disclosure of any ongoing liabilities, debts, or encumbrances.
• Honest description of the site's niche, age, and technology stack.
• Only sites you own or have legal authority to sell.
• No duplicate or ghost listings for the same property.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Actions we may take include:

• Warning or temporary suspension of your account.
• Removal of listings or content that violates this policy.
• Permanent account termination without refund.
• Reporting activity to law enforcement where legally required.

Our decisions regarding enforcement are final. If you believe action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@siterifty.com.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Siterifty after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
