Tap the avatar icon in the top-right corner of the marketplace. Enter your email and choose a password — that's it. No credit card required. You're on the Free plan by default and can list 1 site immediately.
The Free plan lets you browse all listings, place offers on sites, and list 1 site for sale at a time. A 30% platform fee applies to completed sales. To list more sites or reduce your fee, upgrade to Starter, Growth, or Pro.
Your Siterifty wallet holds funds for purchases, plan payments, and hosting fees. Top it up anytime via PayPal from the wallet icon in the header. Balances never expire and are non-refundable store credit. All transactions are 256-bit SSL encrypted.
Selling a Site
From the main marketplace, tap + List a Site. Fill in your URL, monthly revenue, traffic numbers, tech stack, and asking price — then submit. Your listing goes live immediately on the Free plan (1 slot) or up to your plan cap. Add accurate metrics for the fastest sale.
Most indie sites sell at 2–4× annual revenue (24–48× monthly net profit). SaaS with recurring revenue often commands higher multiples. Content sites and tools depend heavily on traffic quality and trend direction. Set a realistic asking price — overpriced listings linger; well-priced ones close in days.
Yes. Open your dashboard, go to My Sites, and tap Edit on the listing. You can update any field — price, description, metrics — at any time without losing your listing slot.
Most deals close within 7–14 days from first offer. Sites with clean metrics and clear descriptions sell faster. Featured listings on Growth and Pro plans get top placement and typically see 3–5× more views, cutting time to close significantly.
Buying a Site
Browse listings on the marketplace and tap a card to view details. When you're ready, hit Make Offer. Your offer amount is held in escrow — the seller is notified and has 48 hours to accept, counter, or decline. Once accepted, the transfer process begins.
Ask the seller for Google Analytics screenshots, Stripe/PayPal revenue exports, and hosting invoices before committing. You can also request a brief video walkthrough of the admin dashboard. Our escrow holds funds until you confirm receipt — giving you time to verify everything before the deal closes.
SaaS, content sites, newsletters, e-commerce stores, directories, tools, Chrome extensions, mobile apps, and more. Filter the marketplace by niche, revenue range, or price to find your ideal acquisition.
Escrow & Payments
When a buyer places an offer, funds are locked in Siterifty escrow — neither party can access them. Once the seller transfers the domain, codebase, and assets and the buyer confirms delivery, funds are released to the seller's wallet instantly. This protects both sides throughout the transfer.
If the seller fails to transfer assets within the agreed window, you can open a dispute from your dashboard. Our team reviews the evidence and can release escrow back to the buyer. We side with documented facts — save all communication on-platform.
All payments are processed via PayPal — including credit/debit cards through PayPal Guest Checkout. Siterifty never stores your card details. Top up your wallet in any amount; balances are used for purchases, plans, and hosting.
Plans & Billing
Free: 30% fee, 1 listing slot.
Starter ($20/mo): 15% fee, unlimited listings.
Growth ($40/mo): 10% fee, featured placement, advanced analytics.
Pro ($50/mo): 5% fee, dedicated account manager, live chat support, custom storefront.

Upgrading to Pro on a single $500 sale saves $125 in fees — more than the plan cost.
Open your dashboard, go to Account → Billing, and switch to the Free plan. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no waiting — cancellation is immediate.
Plan subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable store credit. For escrow disputes on site purchases, see our Refund Policy.
Managed Hosting
After purchasing a site, you can subscribe to Siterifty Managed Hosting at $49.99/mo. This gives you a fully managed stack — database, serverless functions, CDN, and an admin dashboard — with zero DevOps required. Perfect if you want to run a site without hiring developers.
On the Pro plan, sellers earn recurring revenue from the $49.99/mo hosting plan their buyers activate. This creates a passive income stream post-sale — your deal keeps paying you every month.
