Siterifty operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of websites and online businesses. Because transactions involve digital assets and third-party parties, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both sides. Please read this carefully before making any purchase.

Not Eligible
Wallet Top-Ups

Wallet balances are store credit only and are non-refundable. They cannot be withdrawn to a bank or PayPal account. Balances never expire.

Listing Fees

Fees paid to publish a listing are non-refundable once the listing goes live, regardless of whether the site sells.

Case by Case
Site Purchases

Refunds on completed site purchases are only considered if the seller materially misrepresented the listing. Evidence must be provided within 7 days of transfer.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.

Failed Transfers

If a seller fails to transfer the agreed asset after payment and cannot be contacted, your funds will be returned after our dispute process concludes.

Subscription Plans

Monthly plan fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Dispute & Refund Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, follow these steps:

    Email support@siterifty.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]" within 7 days of the transaction.

    Include your account email, the transaction date, the amount, and a clear description of the issue. Attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, emails, etc.).

    Our team will review your request within 5 business days and may contact both parties if a dispute is involved.
  4. 4
    If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as wallet credit, depending on the nature of the transaction. Processing time is 5–10 business days.
Seller Misrepresentation

If you purchased a site and can demonstrate that the seller materially misrepresented key facts — such as revenue, traffic, ownership, or technical condition — you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

We define material misrepresentation as a significant, documented discrepancy between what was stated in the listing and the actual state of the asset at the time of sale.

⚠ Change of mind, market fluctuation, or post-purchase business performance are not grounds for a refund. All sales of digital assets are considered final once transfer is confirmed, absent fraud or misrepresentation.

Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via the website or email. Purchases made before any update are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
