Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Siterifty.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Platform
Siterifty is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of websites, indie sites, blogs, SaaS products, and other digital assets ("Sites"). Siterifty acts solely as a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
Siterifty does not own, operate, or endorse any listing on the Platform. We are a venue — all transactions are between you and the other party.
Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One person may not create or operate multiple accounts.
- Siterifty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Listings & Content
When you post a listing on Siterifty, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the legal right to sell the listed asset.
- All information provided in the listing is accurate and not misleading.
- The listing does not violate any third-party rights, laws, or regulations.
- You will not post fraudulent, duplicate, or spam listings.
Siterifty reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Transactions & Payments
Siterifty may facilitate communication between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction. You acknowledge:
- You transact at your own risk.
- Siterifty is not liable for any loss, fraud, or dispute arising from a transaction.
- Any fees charged by Siterifty (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- You are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax obligations.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Platform without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security.
- Attempt to circumvent any fees, access controls, or platform mechanisms.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- List assets that contain malware, illegal content, or violate third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Siterifty Platform — including logos, design, code, and text — is the property of Siterifty and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to the Platform (listings, descriptions, images), you grant Siterifty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Siterifty does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
Siterifty makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any listing or content posted by users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siterifty and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Fraudulent transactions between users.
- Downtime or inability to access the Platform.
- Errors or omissions in any listing or content.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Siterifty in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
Siterifty may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@siterifty.com.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
